The idea was born out of desire of helping, bringing people together, and love for the industry .The company name “Fii Lumina” means 「Be the Light」in Romania, and named with the wish to inspire and guide people to shine and put them in the spotlight. We pledge ourselves to help people and commit our best services to create unforgettable / brightest moments for our guests. We try our best to combine everything we learn in Europe and Japan, to help us offer innovative experiences to our guests. Our services are available in both English and Japanese.
Graduated from Caesar Ritz College Switzerland as a honor-role student with a double degree in International Business and Management from Washington States University and Hospitality Management from Caesar Ritz, always followed her dream of understanding all forms of customer service from different cultures. Having done wonders through her internship in Geneva and Brussel, moved to UK to work in five stars Hanbury Manor Marriot Hotel and Country Club, where she got promoted to Event Executive only after 6 months of working in front office. After breaking multiple records such as: achieving 200% Sales target and winning the prize of “Employee of the year”, finally decided to go back to Japan, where she worked as an Assistant Sales Manager in 5 Star Hotel Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills, Sales Manager in 5 stars hotel Kimpton Shinjuku. With the holistic knowledge on event planning and execution, she now offers her services at Fii Lumina.
Born in the small city of Medgidia, Romania, always burned with the desire to discover and explore other cultures. At the age of 21 years old, started his quest by working on Cruise ships for 2 years, moved to England for another 2 years where he worked in 5 stars Hanbury Manor Hotel and Country Club. He fell in love with all the aspects of hospitality industry since then. Wanting to understand the beautiful side of the Hospitality industry and customer services furthermore, moved to 5 star venue Fanhams Hall where he was valued for practicing his innovating methods and became a TripAdvisor ambassador. Together with his wife decided to move to Japan, and after a short experience in 5 stars hotel Kimpton Shinjuku, finally took the decision to open their own company that will be dedicated to help, inspire and place other people in spotlight.
